Features:

- When all the short contacts are disconnected, the trigger is bistable, that is, the trigger is triggered, and then the trigger is disconnected.
- The control signal is triggered, and the signal is cancelled or maintained after the trigger does not affect the delay.
- Trigger again during the delay and will re-clock
